Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
